YOU ONLY NEED TO DO THESE STEPS IF YOU IDENTIFIED AN EXISTING CONTACT AS A MATCH

If the donor appears within the Possible Dupes tab, then you will need to select the contact as a match and then review the contact details entered by the donor on the web with the information in thankQ.  Once this is done, you can then accept the web payment.
