If you change the way that salutations are written for your contacts in the Lookup Values you will need to update the salutations via Global Update for the changes to take effect. To do this you can make changes to the salutations via the following four options:

Global Update - Letter Salutation

Global Update - Envelope Salutation

Global Update - Household Letter Salutation

Global Update - Household Envelope Salutation

1) Select the salutation you want to update.

2) Select yes when prompted.

3) Click OK once the salutation update has been successfully run.
