thankQ Help

thankQ has a lookup value to change the way Name fields are displayed. That is the First and Surname fields.

The values are

Title = if the name consists of more than one word it will change the first characters to uppercase and the rest of the word in lower case. e.g. McDonald, Shelly & Co

Upper = all letters in upper case

Lower = all letters in lower case

This lookup value can be amended by editing the value under Format Name Fields under Contact form Admin

When you enter a company name like ANZ thankQ will make the first letter a capital Anz and the rest lower case but if you backspace and enter the NZ thankQ will leave the letters in upper case.
