If the Do Not Mail reason is set to Auto Set it is because an overnight process has seen a From Date that has been set in the future and since that date has now been reached thankQ marks the record as Do Not Mail.

If there is an Until Date in the future the Do Not Mail reason will be removed when that date reaches.
