This document is designed to take you through loading contacts into an Event using the Excel Booking feature and then loading those contacts into a batch using Excel Load.

This process will book the contacts to the Event and assign monies to the Event Pledge.

If the Booking number (Pledge id) is not used when uploading monies into a batch the Event Pledge will not be satisfied.

This document assumes the Event has been created and the Attendees type being used in the Excel Booking has Default ticked.

This document also assumes you have a spreadsheet of the people who have or are going to attend the Event.
