thankQ Help

For any question you ask your users you can also include Answer Logic, which allows you to ask an additional question based on the response to a previous question, for example if the user has a disability and ticks a box that says this you can then ask the user for further details. To setup Answer Logic follow the steps below:

1.Create a question and then select the + icon below that question.
AddAnswerLogic
2.The answer logic will allow you to ask an additional question based on the answer to the original question. For example in this case if the user selects Yes then a new question will appear below (this new question is setup with the same steps as setting up any other question).

3.Similar logic may be included for NOT IN (where the user does NOT give a specific answer) and likewise you may also add logic for TRUE or FALSE (in the case of Checkboxes for ticked and unticked, respectively) or BLANK for cases where the user provided no answer.
4.You can have an unlimited number of different answer logic widgets added so you can create multiple questions based on different answers such as 'Why did you pick red as your favourite colour?' or 'Why did you pick blue as your favourite colour?', etc.
5.It should also be noted that answer logic can be stacked as many times as you want, so for example you could ask one question, get a particular answer that opens another question and then have another question appear based on the answer to that new question.
