Once you have added your list of Group Organisations to the lottery you can now record instances of when an organisation requests books, has the books assigned to them and when those books are sent to them. You can also allow thankQ to suggest an allocation of books to send to each organisation.

You can only assign books to Group Organisations if your lottery has one or more books and if the organisation is an Approved Group Organisation. |
