thankQ Help

To be able to log Word documents and Outlook messages into thankQ against a contact the thankQ addins must be installed. If there is not a thankQ tab at the top of the ribbon please contact your Administrator.

Documents and emails must be logged via the thankQ tab so they can be viewed under the Communication tab of the contact.

There is a setup file under the Outlook and Word folders on the local drive. If you remote to a server to run thankQ the addins are required to be run from where thankQ is run. Administrator access is required on the computer where this addin is being run.
