When you set up a campaign in eMailer and someone unsubscribes, they are unsubscribing to the mailing preference used in the mailing. In some instances you might want to ask the contact if there are other mailing types they would like to unsubscribe to. If this is the case you can set up a list in the Web CMS and link it to the campaign. This information is then synchronised down to thankQ and the contact details will be updated with their subscription preferences.
