On the Contacts Home Page there are some preset Panels as well as the ability to add your own Panels.

As you begin to create and edit contacts, searches, actions etc these will be listed in the appropriate panels whereby a single click will take you to the selected record.

Information in Panels such as Last Viewed Records will be deleted after three months.
