1.Click Search Mode on the tool bar of the Contact Home Page or on a contact record

2.Enter “is not null” into the address fields to locate only records with addresses

3.Click Geo Location under Communications

4.Enter is null into the address field so all the contacts without a matched geocode can be located and click Apply to add to the search

5.Click Start Polygon Search

6. Drag using the mouse and Minimise/Maximise the map to locate the area you wish to search

7.Click the points to highlight and click Apply

8.Click one of the Show Results buttons to view the contacts

9.Click Admin | Geocode Contacts (this selection) if you are wanting to update their latitude and longatude
