thankQ Ownercodes are available to customers that purchase this feature.
The benefit is to offer a single database with segregated data. With defined segregation you can obtain the following benefits in thankQ:
•Privacy: Users may only View/Edit what they are entitled to View/Edit for their Department/State.
•Security: Contact information is correctly “owned” by the respective entity, and available to that entity’s users.
•Reduced Cost of Ownership: Several entities share the cost of one system and are not implementing a completely new system for their data.
•Standardisation and Centralisation: All the core features in thankQ operate as per normal.
•Consolidation: Information is able to be pulled together to give a complete operational overview.
In addition to the above, it is also possible to take joint ownership of contact data – this can be configured via the Lookup values.
The following modules of thankQ are capable of using Ownercodes as of June 2021.

Using a combination of Roles and Access Rights will control who can see results by State/Entity, while also allowing a holistic view of the complete data set for National or Administrative roles.
The following content describes how to create users and roles to control access to this data via Ownercodes. Please contact us if you need assistance with purchasing and setting the allowed configuration values.
