Logging |
1 |
Import is currently logging the data from the spreadsheet into the import tables. No further action can be taken until this has finished. |
Records Logged |
2 |
Import is currently logged and is awaiting validation. Press the Validate button to continue. |
Cleansing |
3 |
Currently cleansing the data to prepare for validation. This stage occurs when validating. No further action can be taken until this has finished. |
Validating |
4 |
Currently validating the data. No further action can be taken until this has finished. |
Cleanse Address |
5 |
Currently cleansing the address data and if required running address data through any installed Address Lookup software. No further action can be taken until this has finished. |
Records Validated |
6 |
Records have all been validated. Check for any errors and suspect records and select Update or Revalidate to continue. |
Requires Tokenisation |
7 |
Data has been successfully verified, but payments now need to be tokenised. Only applicable if tokenisation has been enabled and valid data has been entered. Select Tokenise to continue. |

Updating |
