Description

Deleted

Record has been deleted and will no longer be displayed in this import record.

Error

Record has caused an SQL Error. Status can be reset by revalidating the import record

New

Record has just been logged.

Validating

Record is currently undergoing validation.

Cleaned

Record has just been cleaned.

De-duped

Record has just been De-duped.

Validated

Record has been validated. Currently waiting for other records to finish validation.

Checked

Record has finished the entire validation process and has no issues with duplicates, suspect contacts or validation errors.

Suspect

Contact is considered to be a suspected duplicate with a record that already exists in thankQ. Manual intervention is required to determine if this is the case.

Requires Token

Payment record has the requirements for the generation of a token but has not yet been tokenised.

Requires Address Validation

Record has been validated by thankQ however Address Lookup software has been configured and needs to validate the address to verify it matches a real one.

Validation Failed

Record has a validation error and cannot be imported until this is resolved.

Updated by User

Record was manually updated by the user in response to a Validation Error or Suspect status. Re-validation is required before this can be imported.

Re-sequenced

When Update is selected for the import record the individual records may be given automatically generated IDs. This status is given when this part of the update has been completed.

Converted to Split Payment

Payment has had a split record generated for it.

Updated

Record has been updated. Currently waiting for other records to finish updating.

Waiting to Update

This record cannot be updated yet until the record it is related to has been processed. For example this status would be given to a Payment record if the contact which made the payment has a Validation Error or Suspect status and the Update button was selected for the entire import record.

OK to Post

Record has been successfully updated so that it is now ready to be imported into thankQ.

Waiting to Post

This record cannot be imported yet until the record it is related to has been processed. For example this status would be given to a Payment record if the contact which made the payment has a Validation Error or Suspect status and the Import button was selected for the entire import record.

Currently importing this record.

Record has been completely imported into thankQ.
