1.Locate the Volunteer Job under the Event

2.Click on the magnified glass beside the Job

3.Click on the Slots tab of the Job

4.Right click and select Add New One-Off Slot

5.Enter or select a Date

6.Select and Start Time and an End Time

7.Click OK

8.Click Close to Exit
