If a booking had been booked with a certain ticket type and it should have been a different ticket type the Booking will need to be cancelled, reinstated and then rebooked.
1.Locate and select the Event
2.Click on the magnified glass beside the contact to be changed
This contact’s booking has already been cancelled so we just need to reinstate the cancelled booking before rebooking.

The booking has a status of Cancelled and this is displayed under the Booking Notes under the Booking Info tab

3.Click on 4 Book and select Reinstate Cancelled Contact

4.Click Yes to confirm this Contact will now have a status of Invited

5.Click on the Attendee tab
6.Click on the Book this Contact button

7.Select the Ticket Type from the drop down, click OK

8.Specify the number of Places and click OK

9.Click Yes to accept just this place

10.Click Yes if you are processing a payment or No to receive payment later
