An add-in may be disabled because it prevented Outlook from functioning correctly.
1.Click File

2.Click Options

3.Click Add-ins

4.Scroll down in the add-ins list and see if the thankQ Add-in appears in any of the inactive or disabled lists.

If it is under the Disable List it will need to be re-enabled
5.Under "Manage", click on the drop-down and select "Disabled Items", then click "Go..."

6.Select the thankQ Add-in
7.Click Enable
