1.Enter *formgrant* or *grant* in Form / Field Code field

2.Click on the field you wish to hide

3.Click Edit on the Tool bar

4.Enter 0 into the Field \ Tab label or col Width or Defn field

5.Click OK

6.Click OK to confirm message to log out
