Lookup tables can be added to the report so you can select from a list of values from a particular table.
1.Right click on sqlDataSource1 from Report Explorer
2.Select Manage Queries
3.Click Add on Manager Queries
4.Click Run Query Builder from Query Editor form
5.Select Tbl_LOOKUPVALUE_PaymentType
6.Click the LOOKUPVALUE1 field
7.Enter an Alias e.g. Payment Type, Click OK
8.Click Finish on Query Editor
9.Click Add on Manage Queries to add another lookup table
10.Click on Run Query Builder
11.Click Run Query Builder on Query Editor
12.Double click on Tbl_DESTINATIONCODE to be able to load the lookup table for Ledger Code
13.Select Ledger Code
14.Enter Alias names
15.Click OK
16.Click Finish on Query Editor
17.Click OK on Manage Queries
