Each sponsorship can have a Sponsorship contact, Main contact, Invoice contact and a Renew contact. This may be the same contact or three different contact records.
Sponsorship Contact |
The contact record that the sponsorship is for. This may be an individual or an organisation. |
Main Contact |
The main point of contact for the sponsorship. If the sponsorship is an organisation the main contact will be the point of contact, in regards to the sponsorship, at that organisation. The main contact’s name will be coloured red. |
Invoice Contact |
The invoice contact record is the contact record that will be invoiced for the sponsorship. The invoice contact will have a dollar symbol next to their name. |
Renew Contact |
The renew contact record is the contact who will renew the sponsorship. |
You can create the sponsorship and allocate the Sponsorship contact, the Main contact, Invoice contact and the Renew contact.
1.Right click in the Contacts window and select Add a Contact from the menu.

2.Search and locate the contact on the pick list, click OK.

3.The contact will be added to the sponsorship. Repeat to add further contacts.
