Benefit items that have been setup on other sponsorship types can be copied. This is quite useful as sponsorship types will often have the same or similar benefit items. After the items have been copied across, you can edit the item as necessary.  

1.On the Items tab, right click in the window and select Add Benefit Items (from Other List) from the menu

2.Select the sponsorship type on the pick list from which you wish to copy benefit items and click the Ok button

3.Tick the benefit items you wish to copy and click Select

The benefit item(s) will appear on the Items tab.
