If the Alternate names are required in a mailing the following fields can be used from the thankQ Merge fields under the Mailings tab

Validate IC Numbers

1.Click on the Identity Number Panel Cog to Validate IC numbers

2.Select Validate IC numbers

3.Click Yes to confirm

4.Click OK

thankQ has algorithms that are run against the IC number provided to determine the IC Type

If the number does not conform, a message is displayed

 or

A dialog box will appear allowing you to enter a valid number

5.Enter any further information that you may have about the contact

6.Click OK to save
