thankQ automatically constructs an Envelope Salutation and Letter Salutation for each contact using a set of rules that can be changed by your thankQ Administrator.

If you wish to overwrite these Salutations for a contact, click the Pencil, make your changes then click the Pencil.

Note: Your Organisation should be consistent and have an agreed set of rules on how to address correspondence to your contacts
