Campaigns can be setup for a specific project. Canvassers/Account Managers can be setup with a number of prospects to target.

Campaigns can also be used for specific causes where contacts on the database are selected from certain criteria, for example there can be a campaign setup to nurture Major Donors. You do not need to have specific “account managers” as such.

Create Source and Destination codes

Create the Campaign

Create the Giving Matrix (if required)

Create the Canvasser List(s)

Add Canvassers to the Canvasser List(s)

Add Prospects to the Canvassers
