thankQ Help

Once the Communication Category is created an Action Calendar is setup so thankQ will remind you to follow up.

1.Click on the CRM Communication Calendar under the Action Manager module

2.Click New on the tool bar

3.Select the Communication Category from the drop down

4.Enter a Subject for the Action

5.Enter a Narrative for this Action

6.Enter the interval in Weeks after the initial communication

7.Press the Tab key to automatically fill in the Days

8.Click in the tick box to keep the Planned Date to remain fixed or leave unticked – ticked will keep the planned date even if the contact has been contacted before this time.

9.Click OK
