Withdrawn Applications

Applications submitted may sometimes be withdrawn by the applicant.  Perhaps they have obtained the funding from another source and no longer wish to progress the application.

This could happen at any stage of the grant giving process, even after payments have been made.  For this reason, there is a Withdraw workflow icon at all stages except for Enquiry Logged.

1.Click on the Withdraw workflow icon.

2.If a payment schedule has already been generated, a dialog box will appear confirming that these payments will be cancelled.  Click Yes.

3.Enter a reason why this application was withdrawn (if known) and click OK.

The date withdrawn, stage at which application was withdrawn and reason for withdrawal will be recorded at the bottom of the Details tab of Grant Giving Form.
