In a husband and wife relationship if one of these makes a donation this will appear as a soft payment on the other’s record.

There may be situations where this is not relevant, say in the case of Workplace Giving, when you want to have the soft payment appear on the employee’s organisation record.

Also this contact may be making a donation as a gift for a person who is related.

1.Right Click on any unrequired Soft Credits.

2.Select Remove Soft Credits.
