You can view the host list that a contact belongs to from the Contact Details screen on the Host/Guest tab.  Contacts can be added directly to a host or removed from a host from the contact’s Host/Guest tab.

Information shown in the Host/Guest tab is from the Host-Guest template.  Any temporary changes that are applied to an event template are not shown.

The top section of the tab shows the Hosts that a contact belongs to.  If the contact is a host the bottom section of the tab will show the host’s guests.

•Host/Guest tab of a contact that is a Host.  The top section labelled Hosts shows both Host 1 and Host 2.  The Guests that belong to this host are shown in the Guests section.

•Host/Guest tab of a contact that is a Guest.  Host 1 and Host 2 are shown in the Hosts section, but no guests are shown.
