Hosts are assigned to Divisions or Sub-Divisions.  If you have Sub-Divisions hosts should be assigned at the Sub-Division level, rather than the Division level.

1.Right-click on the Division or Sub-Division you wish to add a host to and select New Host from the drop down menu.

2.A new host will be added with the name Un-assigned Host (1).  You can add as many hosts at this stage as you wish.  They will all be added with the name Un-assigned Host (1).

3.Right-click on the Un-assigned Host (1) and select Assign Host 1 from the drop-down menu.  

4.Locate the contact you wish to assign as Host 1 using the search fields.  Double-click on the contact or click once and click on the Ok button.  The host is now assigned.

5.A second host may be assigned if required.  For example, a husband and wife are hosting together, or two unrelated people co-hosting.  

To add the second host right-click on the host you just assigned and select Assign Host 2 from the list.  Select the contact you wish to assign as Host 2.  

The relationship (if any) between the two Hosts will be shown in brackets beside their names.
