1.Click Report on the tool bar and select Report with Sublists.

2.Select which tab you want information from, e.g. Skills, click OK.

3.Select the Output.

4.Select fields from the folders shown by clicking on the + beside the folder and then double clicking on the filed.

5.If you want to save this as a template for future use click Yes and enter a name and description, otherwise select No.
