To use this function the Volunteer is required to have the appropriate skills and/or been approved for a previous position of the same type.
Use this option to add new jobs to the Volunteer record and enter time slots which have not previously been scheduled. Once the slots have been entered they can be viewed under the Jobs module for that job.
1.Right click in the Availability/Allocation window of the Volunteers record
2.Click on Log New Unscheduled
3.Select Job Position
4.Click OK
5.Search and select Job Client
6.Click OK
7.Select a Week Starting date from the pick list
8.Enter the Start and End times on the relevant days
9.Click Submit
10.Click OK the New Slots Logged message
