Once a tick is saved in the tick box beside Vol the Volunteer Source, Vol Manager, Emergency Contact and Special Requirement fields become available on the Volunteering Panel under Personal & Bio.
Information can be entered on this panel or on the Volunteer form itself which will populate these fields.
1.Click the Pencil and then the drop down beside Volunteer Source and select how they became a Volunteer, click the Pencil to save
2.Click the Pencil beside Vol Manager and select a manager from the list or enter one if not in the list, click the Pencil to save
3.Click the Pencil beside Emergency Contact and enter the name select using the List if they are already on in thankQ, click the Pencil to save
4.Click the Pencil beside Tel if this information has not populated from a contact already in thankQ, click the Pencil to save
