thankQ Help

Volunteers are contacts on your database and can be recognised by either ticking the tick box beside Vol, specifying a Primary Category of Volunteer, creating Profiles.

Placing a tick in the tick box beside Vol will trigger thankQ that this contact is a Volunteer and when you open the All Volunteers form they will be displayed.
