thankQ Help

Bulk Load is used to log the hours of a number of volunteers in bulk. There are two Bulk Load options one where volunteers can be entered into a timesheet and uploaded and the other where volunteers are managed by Managers and the Managers enter the volunteer’s hours into a timesheet and load them into thankQ.

thankQ will create the job and position if it does not exist or add hours to an existing position. Any skills that are required for the position will be added to the volunteer if none exist.
