thankQ Help

There are two types of reports from Everyday Hero. Column headings are created automatically with the relevant information to be imported into thankQ.

1.Fundraisers

A record is created for each Everyday Hero who has created a fundraiser webpage with their contact information. A Profile in thankQ is created which includes the Everyday Hero Fundraiser ID.

2.Donations

A record is created for each of the donors who have donated on the Everyday Hero fundraiser’s webpage along with the payment information.

Donations can also be made direct to a charity or not for profit organisation via the Everyday Hero website without going to a fundraisers webpage.
