After you have created all the include text rules for that particular reference you then need to order them according to importance.

The 1 Nth Rule will be run first, the 2 Nth Rule will second and so on.

thankQ runs each include text rule and will use the last rule in which the conditions are satisfied.

This means that your most important rules must be placed last in order. Remember the first rule must be the Default Rule and ‘The last rule wins’!

1.On the Table View tab on the Include Text Rules form, sort the entries by Reference in ascending alphabetical order.

2.Click to highlight the rule you wish to move either up or down in the order.

3.Click the Move Up tool bar button to move the rule up in the order. Click the Move Down button to move it down in the order.

4.Click the Yes button to confirm the move.

5.Move the rules until you are satisfied with their ordering.
