A contact who is declined may need to be booked onto the event, however, they can only be booked if they have a status of Invited.  Therefore, the contact must first be Reinstated.  The status will be changed back to Invited.

1.From the Event Contact Details form locate and click on the contact you want to reinstate

2.From the 5Decline menu select Reinstate Declined Contact from the drop down menu

3.Click Yes to confirm that you want to reinstate the contact

4.The status of the contact is now shown as Invited.  Only one contact can be reinstated at a time.
