Click Contacts on the toolbar on the Event Details form

There are three main parts to the Event Contact Details form:

•Event Info – the Event ID, type and description of the event for which you will be inviting and booking contacts.

•Contact Info – details about contacts that have been marked as interested, invited or booked for the event. This includes information such as the contact status for the event, ticket number (if they have booked one), and the contact’s serial number, name and address details.

•Tabs – the rest of the information pertaining to the contact is displayed on the tabs. This includes information such as: booking information, additional information eg dietary requirements, sessions the contact will attending and structures the contact is placed on.
