1.Enter or select the Auction Source from the Pick List if applicable. Use this source code to track any sales at an event.

•The Ticket Source represents the money generated from ticket sales for the event. •The Giving Source represents the money raised from donations at the event. •These are separated as tickets are usually GST applicable and donations are not. •These are separated so that we can easily determine the amount raised by tickets sales and the amount raised by straight donations at the event. •Source codes are created through the Finance section of thankQ. |
2.Enter the minimum attendance requirement into the Minimum Places field
3.Enter the maximum attendance into the Maximum Places field
4.Click in the Publish to Web tick box to upload the event to your web page
If the Web Publish – Use Web Editor lookup value is set to No a drop down will appear so the event can be published to the web as Available or Coming Soon.
5.Click the OK button to create the event.
