An event is created and configured on the Event Details form. On this form you can enter the details for the event such as the date, its start and finish time and all other information regarding the event.
1.Click the Events heading on the main thankQ menu
2.Click the All Events icon to open the Event Details form
The Event Details form has a very similar layout to all the other main forms in thankQ. There are options on the left which will give you different tabs along the top
•Menu and Tool Bar – used to create, edit, search, report
•Data Menu – when an item on the left is clicked the tabs at the top change accordingly.
•Tabs – information pertaining to the event is displayed under the tabs at the top of the screen. This includes information such as: sessions, structures (e.g. tables or rooms), resources (catering costs or audio visual hire) and any additional information about the event.
•Event Tab – the Event tab shows key information about the event such as the event ID and description, the date of the event and its start and finish time.
