When a Relationship Plan is selected thankQ automatically sets up a recurring Action on the Contact’s Actions tab based on the time period selected.  The Action will cause a reminder to be displayed so that important CRM tasks are not overlooked.  

The Start Date of the Action will be the date of the most recent CRM communication on the Communications tab, and the Due Date and first reminder dates will be determined by the time period chosen in the Relationship Plan field.

For example, if the date of a contact’s most recent CRM communication is 23 Feb this year and you have chosen a Monthly Relationship Plan, then the start date of the Action will be set to 23 Feb and the first reminder date will be set to 23 March.  The Recurrence tab of the Action will be set to “Recurs every 1 month” and so reminders will pop up on the 23rd of each month.
