thankQ Help

The Contact Relationship Management feature of thankQ allows you to easily and effectively manage your “top” donors; track correspondence, phone calls, meetings, etc.  Specific entries on the Communication tab are flagged as CRM.

In this system:

Managers are assigned to contacts.

Automatic reminders are generated by the system to follow up on CRM matters.

 

This can be set up as follows:

1.Find the contact you wish to assign a manager to.

2.Click the Pencil beside Primary Manager under Contact Relations panel.

3.Click the drop down to select the Primary and Secondary Managers. The names in this are all of the thankQ User Names.

4.Select a Relationship Plan to determine the reminder frequency and enter any appropriate CRM notes.

5.The Refer to Manager tick box can be ticked to indicate that either the Primary or Secondary Managers should deal with any queries relating to this contact.
