Use Web Sync to download the Event Bookings into Data Import. For more information on how to use Data Import see: Download Web Contacts

Once you imported the bookings and contacts into thankQ the contact(s) will be created if they did not exist already, they are booked onto the event. A pledge is also created for the booking and the payment will be added to a newly created batch.
