thankQ Help

1.Click on Contact or click the pencil to edit at the end of the line

2.Click the + icon at the bottom of the label list:

AddContact

This opens the content dialogue where you can select various different types of content. The Contact content is mandatory.

Each label brings with it a variety of configurable fields, including mandatory entry options and configurable error messages. It is also possible to change the order of fields by clicking and dragging.

Other features include:

Drop Down Mode

Used for phone number fields. Adds the fields which have been ticked to a drop-down.

Display Inline

Used for Address Fields. This will display the Suburb, State and Postcode fields on one line.

State Drop Down

Used for Address Fields. Displays the State Field as a drop-down when the Country selected is Australia.

Profiles

Contains several fields that can link to profiles in thankQ. Additional setup details explained in Add Profile Content.

Mailing Preferences

Contains several fields required for linking to thankQ. Additional setup details explained in Add Mailing Preference Content.

Membership Login

This is used in conjunction with the Membership Module. Please see Setting up a Membership Page for additional details.

Donation/Event/Tour Addons and Membership Sign-up

These allow the modules for Donations, Events, Memberships or Tours to be optionally toggled on this form. Please see the respective module pages for more information on how to set these modules up.

Gift Selector

This allows you to enter the details of contact you are donating to. See Setup the Donation Pages for more information no how to setup donations.
