Navigation: ADMINISTRATION > SYNCHRONISE OUTLOOK > Setup User Synchronise Options
Turn off the Task Synchronisation from Outlook
There may be instances where you do not want Outlook to synchronise to thankQ or vice versa
1.Right Click in the Outlook Tasks window
2.Select Set / Unset Created in Outlook – thankQ
