The Barcode Purpose defines WHAT will happen when the barcode is scanned.  As the contact serial number is also included in the barcode, thankQ will automatically know WHICH contact to perform the action on.

Format for Contact Record

If you wish to insert a barcode in your letter for quickly looking up a contact record, the format is:
