Double-click the thankQ icon on your desktop.
Important Note: There is a Training System and a Live System available to users of thankQ. From the system login, choose the system that you want to use.
•Training System – use this system if you want to practice using any of the thankQ modules. For example, if you want to practice entering new contacts or processing some financial information, choose this system.
•Live System – use this system when you are working on your live data. This is the system that contains all current business records and should not be used as a practice system.
Select the system to use by clicking on the drop arrow on the main login screen.
1.On the Login screen, select the appropriate database from the drop-down menu. Throughout the training we will use the thankQ 4 **Training** database.

2.Enter your username into the Username text box.
3.Enter your password into the Password text box.
4.Click the OK button to log into thankQ.
If you do not know your username or password, contact your thankQ Administrator.
