Once your donation page is live, people will start making credit card donations. The payments will automatically be sent to your organisations bank account. If you have entered your email address in the Email Relay field you will receive an email each time a donation is made.
You will need to download the contact and payment information from the eDonations website into thankQ at regular intervals. You will need to accept new contacts, update contacts that are already in thankQ and add their payments to a Batch.
Some of the people who have made donation payments may be already on your system. Their contact details will need to be checked and if necessary, updated before any payments can be processed.
