thankQ Help

The Result File information from the bank needs to be imported into the batch file. In order to import the Result information you need to follow these steps.

•First create a New Result Template that matches the format of the template you received from the bank

•Ask your thankQ Administrator to set up the appropriate values in Lookup Values

•Copy and paste the Results File information into the New Result Template

•Log the information into thankQ
