thankQ Help

An example for a Destination Code 2 is an organisation that raises money for medical research. Many of the people donating to medical research may be doing so because they have lost a love one to a particular disease. Because of this many donors wish to choose an area their money is being donated to. So when they are making their donation they are given the option to tick one of the following boxes.

“What area of research would you like your donation to go to?”

¨ Cancer Research   ¨ Heart Research   ¨ AIDS Research   ¨ Childhood Diseases Research

Each of these research areas would use normal Destination Codes to track the donation money.

Once a donor chooses a destination for their donation they may want to further define where their donation money is to be used. For example if they choose to donate to Cancer Research.

“What area of Cancer Research would you like your donation to go to?”

¨ Skin Cancer   ¨  Breast Cancer   ¨ Bone Cancer   ¨ Lung Cancer

Each of these areas would use a Destination Code 2.

The process to create a Destination Code 2 is very similar to that of a Destination Code with instructions given below:

3.Note that in the Source Code form you can relate the Source Code to this Destination Code 2 if you want.

4.In this case you will see that the Source Code will be listed in the Related Sources tab for Destination Code 2.
